 The Styrian Pumpkin Seed is different to the usual pumpkin seed, the entire seed of this variety of pumpkin is edible as it has no outer hard shell. Without the hard fibrous casing the seeds are a lot easier to eat and process. Have a wonderful healthy green flavour
