- 50% RDI intake of Vitamin E for men and 65% for women.
- 10% of the RDI of dietary fibre in adults
- 1/3 of the DRI of both copper and manganese. Copper helps the body use iron and is important in nerve function. Manganese is involved in bone formation and carbohydrate metabolism

- hazelnuts contain:
- short chain plant omega-3 alpha linolenic acid ALA- which have heart health properties

- plant protein– (15g per 100g serving) particularly the amino acid- arginine- which is converted to nitric oxide in the body which helps blood vessels to dilate and remain elastic
hazelnuts are rich in antioxidants and phytochemicals
